to your complexity, your saliva, your faint,
smiling skin, so beautifully
contaminated.  you drew sad,
concentrated breath from kicked sand,
superb and yellow-sun-warm and numb,
broken from Earth, lovely Earth
dissolving; ten thousand little solidities kiss
and fall from sight.  hands, bodies vanish
in a froth of sensual trembling,
a conglomeration of prowling
biological shadows shook
from a wonderful, blue sunset,
a hallucination both incurable and fair.
